On the radio (I didn't hear it, but it was related to me), Elway said that anyone who played for the Cards would have more INTs than TDs.
I don't know, man. Boston, Frank Sanders, Rob Moore and MarTay Jenkins (over the course of his career there) make up a pretty decent receiver set as far as I am concerned. And for as many problems as the Cardinals have, their offensive line were at least made up of some players I'd love to have (Leonard Davis, Pete Kendall, Shelton, etc.).
The Cardinals are a terrible organization, though, and Bob Ferguson is probably the only guy who can give Mike Brown a run at the title of "real-life NFL GM you'd most like to have in your fantasy league (provided that they paid in advance)" but Plummer just doesn't seem to be particularly careful with the ball. That being said, he'll finally have a running game. Perhaps his godawful TD-INT ratio will go down when he can just hand the ball off to Portis and get a score, rather than giving it to the likes of Thomas Jones, Pittman, "Marcel" and whatever other scrubs he had in his backfield in Arizona and watching them get backed up like a clogged drain.
... Speaking of Ferguson, I'd love to be there for draft day when the Seahawks pick. Paul Allen really laid the law down when he relieved Holmgren of GM duties and put that sack of crap ahead of him on the org chart. Ferguson is the guy who took Jones over Shaun Alexander in 2000. How can somebody... anybody now make Ferguson Holmgren's boss? I wish I could be as bad at my job as that guy and be out of work for like a month in a field where there are exactly 32 possible jobs in my field in the fucking world.
