One reason I hate (many) trial lawyers... by Lizard_King 07/13/2003, 2:20pm PDT would be the recent Nike vs. Kasky case, reasonably well outlined here (although of course there are plenty of opposition sites since it is an issue of Mumia-like intensity for the sweatshop activists who care nothing about the means of their victories). This is the sort of thing I am referring to when I criticize them.
