I find it interesting that Canada and the United States have virtually identical cultures and have been close allies for more than a century, yet terrorists allegedly choose to operate out of one country to attack the other. If it's so easy to get into Canada and steal Canadian passports, why isn't it the first target?

Those would be some really under-acheiving terrorists. The one thing about terrorists: always thinking big.
