Better than Fatal Frame 2, not as good 1.
Harder than pushover Fatal Frame 2, but still too easy.
Main evil ghost not as full out fuck creepy as Sai from FF2.
Most ghosts now teleport/fly again, though still some boring "zombie" types left over from FF2.
Uses the same "room" mechanic from Silent Hill 4, only instead of being a fresh aspect it's a needless and boring gameplay speedbump.
Borrows HEAVILY from both The Ring and The (horrible) Grudge, to the point where it copies entire scenes exactly. |
