| it is unclear whether Iraq or Iran was the primary chemical weapons user in Halabja, and fairly certain that the Kurds were collateral damage to the main objective, which were the Iranian troops occupying their town.
But he definitely gassed Shiite civilians much later, just for shits and giggles. |
