Ugh. No. This shouldn't be so hard to explain. Nearly everybody hated State of Emergency. Nearly everybody likes Dead Rising. If you say Dead Rising is State of Emergency with zombies then you're obviously leaving something out. Something that should be in a review! Especially one that's been requested. Like, just speculating here but, an ability to actually interact with the crowd (which wasn't in State of Emergency if I recall).
