This link suddenly made me a little excited, thinking Dark Crusade might in fact be about the Horus Heresies. But then I looked that trailer and saw that it's actually V For Harlequin :(

Yeah the Harlequins are an eldar race. I believe I have already established that the eldar are the night elves of the WH40K universe. That's why you can kill them 6 times over playing as all the other races.

Also they didn't have necron back in those Horus days. What was that like 10,000 years ago?


Yeah, 10,000 years. The Empire was (and the Space Marines were) relatively new still and a lot of the fun tanks and units weren't around, although the Land Raider was available. It's kinda cool, the history they invented for that. If they made a game about it that included Titans, that might rekindle my interest. Or any game that has Titans, actually.
