Paro, the robot seal that Junichiro Koizumi can't stop touching? And that's its primary function!... Unlike all the other baby harp seals, which will soon be fodder for the meat-cloning agri-industrial complex. When unique genetics become illegal, only outlaws will be mutants! And only mutants will care about space! What does it mean when young people can't even get excited about OUTER SPACE?
