Are you talking about after you kill the blind boss guy and the base is self destructing? All I remember is you have to get back to the missile silo and get on one of the lifts then push the button. The lift will begin to travel up then stop, a few seconds later it will plummet. You have to jump up to a hole in the wall before it plummets.

After that I remember it being a pretty straightfoward run to the landing pad. Can you clarify where you're stuck?
