Wait a sec, where did you get all that from Umberto's posts? He was consistently thoughtful and hilarious. I also respect him for leaving the Internet completely once he lost interest, unlike everyone else in the world who was funny for a period of time but then got too busy to bother.

I didn't get it from his posts, although everything he ever posted to Gamer's Angst matched this profile to a T: I got it all from the suffocatingly dull emails he sent me. Although, prima facie, that he fucked veronica is more than enough to condemn him. That he did so philanderously marks him with the Scarlet Z of Zseni's everlasting contempt.

I am willing to re-evaluate his quality as a poster, over and above his quality as a human (he had none), upon receipt of sample hilarious Umberto posts. As far as his history on OMM is concerned: I arrived almost at the moment of the GA/OMM schism when he was already in the wane. At the time the clear-and-obvious winner of Most Interesting Poster belonged to Monty.
