| Metroid Prime: Hunters demo: boring. Traditionally game demos are supposed to include some portion of the actual game to entice you to buy it when it comes out, but NST decided to showcase their technical proficiency but complete lack of creativity (see also: Wave Race: Blue Storm). As a game demo, it's fucking stupid. As something to get you used to the hardware, it's alright. High point: if you use the thumbstrap instead of the stylus, you get a pretty functional mouselook on a handheld for once. Nice.
Pictochat: omg i drew a penis in the editor lol The screens are nice and BRIGHT. The sound is GOOD. GBA games are FUN. Given the DS game reviews, it looks like there aren't a lot of DS games worth buying just yet, so it looks like the only good reason is if you were going to get a GBA anyways (like me! and if you be like me you'll be the raddest dude at your lunch table). and omg i drew a penis in pictochat lol |
