Well here we create our own categories. They both get to go to the "Downtempo and related" folder because I don't want to make a billion folder based on moods, which is how I really compare music. That's why I'd never say BoC is better than Prefuse 73 or the other way around. The end result in mood is too different. I can probably make a more objective statement about the level of their craftsmanship, but then a number of years divides their records and available technology. Here's an example of what I can and will say: The Beatles are better than The Zombies. That was a really easy statement to make. I feel no regret or guilt.
