| Speaking of highlighting! Shacknews, while generally much uglier and probably less interesting than Caltrops, has an interesting forum system that is appears to be better than this one in a few ways. For instance the way they gradually darken the text of a post as the post grows older--that seems like it would be very helpful on this site, and probably fairly simple to implement.
