I was hoping that by posting the lowest score I could get while still making it to level 3 (to keep things plausible), it would avoid scaring off beginners and at least encourage Zseni to give it a try for the satisfaction of facing me at my own game. But, since BWR involves neither involved discussions of gender politics on the internet nor sockshitting this game has nothing to appeal to her. The hell of it is, my real high score was something in the range of 40 million, but I erased it to post the low score and haven't been able to match it this weekend. So congratulations to FABIO, worm, and the mysterious N for not being complete pussies. I'm surprised Bananadine didn't at least try. And to answer your question, the slowdown is a feature, not a bug. That's what the "wait" option toggles. It's not really necessary for Heaven difficulty, but the higher difficulties are damned difficult without it. |
