I don't know which of those two is a low point, so it's pretty much like any other mini-sim in a game. It definitely is a little better than the castle bit from NWN 2 because you can go through it fast, and it's not so much about selling a +5 short sword to buy new battlements, but about decorating your place and yelling at your bitches to be in a better mood. One thing of note, when you get a "you have befriended etc" message, try to get in a fight around that guy, you'll be treated to a pretty awesome QTE sequence. Actually Yakuza 2 probably features the most hair raising awesome QTE of any video game ever, when I get my video capture working right I'll do a youtube or something.
