World's children to Bizarre Creations: "Please stop, you're hurting us." by Jerry Whorebach 07/05/2007, 5:18pm PDT

Here's a preview shot from Bizarre Creations' hotly-anticipated racer, Project Gotham Racing 4. It's gray and crowded and depressing, and all the ninety-degree corners mean you'll spend most of the race going slow enough to read the gook writing on those signs. But if you look closely at the third window from the right, you can see a man escaping this urban hell into a magical fantasy land inside his Sega Genesis. "The colours!" He exclaims, "I never knew there were so many." Secretly he wishes he could live in Emerald Hill Zone. But he doesn't, he lives in the real world, where hedgehogs are eaten and scientists toil round the clock to make it rain in video games.

In conclusion, anyone who buys one of the million-billion-selling Gran Turismo-alikes instead of OutRun 2006 deserves what they get.
