Good kid, liked him a lot and I give him credit for applying to a job asking for five years of experience in the language we use. He wasn't familiar with design patterns. This is fine, meaning, he'll get there eventually. And we do hire for the occasional junior position, but I don't know that they are going to give the pricks quoted their comeuppance. Something should though. But when I lived in Santa Clara there was a lot of that, and not really from people who had lived in California all their lives. [/quote]
