They are fucking kidding themselves if they think I'm driving over there at lunch time to pay more for one of their garbage burgers fueled only by nostalgia or thinking "hmmm, I'll just get lunch at three!!!!!" What a dumb asshole in charge over there to even come up with such a thing. In Colorado I do see signs where they are offering employees $22 an hour to start, but I would imagine that is different all over the country.
