ICJ[/quote] One thing that worried me in the interview was the question : "How do you deal with conflict?". I hate lying in interviews but I know that "passive aggressively" was the wrong answer. I've taken his question to mean if I get the job I'll have to deal with petty cunts all day who are lacking the social skills to resolve issues in a grown up fashion. Generally believe it to be a good thing. From the interviewer's reaction I got the idea that he wanted someone to sit down, shut up and churn out code until they died. Maybe I'm just being a little over sensitive. I've been to five interviews and gotten four job offers (I spent two months selling timeshare holidays so I've learned a few social tricks from some very scaly but effective salesmen. I also think interviewers appreciate it when I turn up dressed in a suit and tie. Most coders don't. ). I just didn't get the feeling I usually get when I've had a successful interview.
