Throw in some drawing classes and taking a lighter load my senior^3 year in order to have time to travel and interview (and work more to pay for it all - each med school except Stanford, who rejects you outright, charges around 60 bucks for a "secondary application" which is just a way to get money out of you) adds up quite easily to 6 years. It's glaringly obvious to everyone here that you've never even been to college, much less finished and earned a degree in anything. Anything else you lack any experience in that you'd care to attempt to clumsily, incorrectly insult me for?
