Just an observation I made when comparing reviews and gamefaqs comments while trying to decide between this game or giving Disgaea one last chance.
The response to the laws was rage, the response to geo panels was starry-eyed glee. Everyone said that Disgaea had way more depth than FFTA2, and when pressed to give details of the depth, the response was four-digit level caps and geo panels.
Having played FFTA2, I don't see the laws as being significantly different from Geo Panels, except that you have the option of ignoring laws entirely. |
