Re: Goddamnit = winsock by Lizard_King 02/20/2005, 12:43pm PST So different tech guy says that since the last thing I did before the shit hit the fan was purge all of my idiot roommates spyware with adaware, my error sounds like winsock. So I went to regedit, found winsock (NOT IN THE PLACE HE TOLD ME IT WAS, plus it was only winsock 2), deleted it, and then tried to reinstall the tcpip protocols. But I don't think I did it right. Cause it still doesn't work. Fuck.
