lift deep fried chicken leg to mouth. masticate. 50 reps





i threw another 30 onto the squat bar today and it was okay. Probably the slow curve is b/c the tops of my legs are hilariously weak compared to everything else. deadlifts - twice whatever I'm squatting and it's still fine.
