Food snobs are assholes. Hot dog snobs especially so. by Last 02/10/2012, 11:18am PST The argument is that ketchup is overpoweringly sweet. Children enjoy sweet foods and ketchup a useful sugar sauce for moms to slather on whatever they want to trick the kid into eating. However, sensible adults don't need tablespoons of sugar on everything. Straight Dope article Hot dog snobs are generally pieces of shit who look for reasons to argue with out-of-towners. The Cubs haven't won a world series in fuck ever so Chicagoans have to pitch a fit over hot dogs in order to feel superior.
