I suspect that bars get tables for a little bit less than what Stern places as the MSRP, but I'd be surprised if it were more than a couple hundred bucks off that figure.
Oh, that does make some sense. Being a lifetime teetotaler - I've never liked the taste of anything alcoholic - I've never gone to bars, I had no idea that a pinball machine might be the "killer app" for a particular bar, one of the things that draws people to a bar.
I mean, I know unattached women who are sexually available are a killer app for some a lot of bars, but I hadn't thought of pinball machines as being that much of an attraction to them! |
