| I actually liked the vanilla version of this one. There's no moments like in Fullmetal Alchemist where they'll have a complete tone shift from serious melodrama to SUPER KAWAIII~~~ face. The subs are irritating, but I blame the weeaboos who insist on literal translations.
This, Redline, FLCL, and Bebop are probably the only ones I'll watch for enjoyment. I remember enjoying Desert Punk a few years ago, but I'm afraid of hating it on a second view. |
