That's outstanding. "He was nervous." I'm sure that this company bent over backwards to ease the process for people making one of the, what, top 5 stressors in a person's life in a job change? No doubt they were located in an easy to get to location immune from big city Colorado traffic, shitty parking situations and roads that only differ by AVE and LANE. They definitely had an engaging guy or gal at the front desk to put you at ease and get you a drink and make you feel comfortable. They certainly didn't do the things where:
A) A group interview from a dysfunctional team arranges itself in a way where they all face you like Picard & the four lights and there's an element of all of them trying to show each other how smart they are at your expense
B) They brought the one guy in over the phone or over Skype who just has to be at the interview, even though this means the candidate gets no non-verbal feedback and there's awkwardness on when to start and stop talking
C) One lone angry guy who thinks he has a jillion other things to work on goes through the motions in a half-irritated manner
Get on Glassdoor.com and tell them their interview was shit. Fuck them. "He was nervous." The people that don't understand that candidates might be nervous interviewing for a position are lifelong losers that haven't left their job in years. What a bunch of disgusting losers. They didn't have a technical reason to not hire you, they just told your recruiter that they are garbage. Nothing gets me fired up than a bunch of socially awkward cube-dwelling subhumans turning their nose up because someone at an interview seemed NERVOUS. Like not only are they experts in IT, but they are all psychologists too. Christ, computer people are the fucking worst. They want some combination of James Bond coming to work for them and let's be honest, if you had an 18 in charisma you wouldn't have been there in the first place. I'd like to see one of those transient dumbfucks deal with having their liver ejected to the moon and then see how they do interviewing. Tell me the company's name, I'm sending every single person there one of those exploding glitter boxes. Their mail room is going to look like the on-location filming of Xanadu.
