| He got fucked over by some piece of shit internet scam company and he invented gofundme 15 years before gofundme and we saved his site. I recognize one website and at least two other people in that list. I spent so much time there. I don't think I ever had an interaction with him. I've watched Doom House 50 times, I am sure I annoyed my wife when we were fixing a crackhouse in downtown Denver a few years ago and I kept saying, "A Doom House??" after each catastrophe.
OMM, SA, Seanbaby, Shugashack, Voodoo Extreme, Blue's News, Lum the Mad... I spent so much time reading those sites. I was a piece of shit as an employee 20 years ago, I'm sure I spent entire days at work just rotating through those sites, reading, refreshing and posting on one after another. I registered early enough where I didn't have to pay and I never got banned but I did buy an ad for a game I made and a forum thread cropped up making fun of it (or maybe it was part of a larger thread making fun of everyone who bought an ad.... 15 years ago you could just buy a banner ad on a site) and I remember thinking you fuckers, you'll never get another DIME from me but that was every thread there. I don't know how he ran that site when he had a new problem with it every week, I have one problem maybe every 5 years. He was running a site on a different planet than most people.
