Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball by Fussbett 01/23/2003, 11:21pm PST IS MORE LIKE ANIMAL CROSSING THAN VOLLEYBALL! I guess the precident of silly-looking-but-actually-fun Beach Spikers PLUS the fact that the lead producer also made Dead or Alive 3 raised my expectations of what DOAXBV could have been. Sadly, it's actually a game about collecting trinkets with a trivial volleyball component. I haven't tried playing the volleyball portion against another human yet, but all indicators point to a severe lack of depth. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
