My point is that this site and in particular its admins are in no condition to receive visitors currently.

As I understand it, Mac Hall attracts a pretty large crowd, daily, and it's assumed that a link on your front page would direct quite a number of them here. With no disrespect to your site or its readers, it's inevitable that maybe one or two of them may say something (like, "hello," or, "I didn't think the review of Animal Crossing was all that good,") that will lead to the sort of hysteria, IP-ban threats (and actual bans, apparently), post deletion, furious masturbation while muttering things like "those lousy ingrates... they only WISH they knew what I go through... ACH MEIN LIEBER! MEIN GOTT, IHR GESICHT!!!", and other typical Caltrops admin behavior that makes some of us wonder what the hell is going on, until we remember who is actually running the site.

Until we can get the meds working sort out some problems on this end, inviting a mass influx of people who may have opinions doesn't seem like the best move.

But then, the best move never seems to be the one Caltrops chooses, so who knows...
