I had to read through a lot of fucking messages (Lowlight: all the admins don't believe BDR's "ultimatum" post. Highlight: This thread), and here are my summarized responses that I remembered: ISSUE #1: The concern that "Post a Reply" at the bottom of the article/review wasn't clear enough to a newbie. Not only does it say "Post a Reply" at the bottom, but the full button ACTUALLY reads: "POST A REPLY (big space) Respond in the forums". Anyway, remember when I actually wanted the ENTIRE FORUM to appear RIGHT BELOW THE ARTICLE? Yeah, not such a dumb idea now, eh? ISSUE #2: A nostalgia punk recommendation thread that doesn't mention the Ramones. What the fuck? Also, it read like a punk museum which was sad. For cutting edge punk get the best album ever made ever, 1999's "The Shape of Punk to Come" by Swedish hardcore revolutionaries The Refused. Popular punk has mostly fractured into pop and hardcore these days, so to check out the current state of pop punk you can listen to Green Day, Blink 182 and Sum 41, and to listen to where hardcore is headed listen to Dilinger Escape Plan or Pitchforkmedia.com darlings The Blood Brothers (whom I can't stand). ISSUE #3: An entire thread complete with AIM log about me should be bannable on first offense. Let's put that into rules.html. NO FUSSBETT SPECULATION THREADS. ISSUE #4: That third Fansy article was fucking funny ass shit. ISSUE #5: The idea to have a short review page that links to the forum threads about a game is so great I'm just going to go ahead and do it. ISSUE #6: "Post some swearing in another language!" thread? The edgy version of perennial UBB favourite "Post pics of your bedroom!" thread.
