Is that an exact quote from the poll? Often, news stories take polls in Europe that were phrased much more loosely (like "Is it possible the US government did not do all it could to avoid the WTC attacks") and create scandal mongering headlines from them. Usually, it is a British newspaper flippling its shit, but Reuters is only slightly more reliable.

Not that I would find that at all surprising....but perhaps foogla can inform re the actual format of the poll....
