If it contains naked bodies or rotten.com-style pictures of a baby getting run over by trains, etc., link it and tag it NSFW (or state clearly what it is). Same rule we had for those kinds of pictures when you inlined them (except the tag or description had to be in the post title). We're just removing inlining of porn altogether and requiring the link has said warning immediately before.
It's just being shoved down a layer of abstraction, another words, which means that the you can't hit a URL on caltrops.com and see a naked body or an eviscerated body - this slight inconvenience for us decreases our host's liability significantly. I was prepared to accept warning post titles because it's OBVIOUS what you're getting into, but in retrospect I could IM my hyper-Christian sister a link to a caltrops.com url that would immediately cause her to see a naked body with no warning beforehand - and she could, maybe, have grounds for a suit against the admins/hosts of Caltrops.com because of this. As long as the worst thing that any caltrops.com URL contains is a warning-prefixed link, caltrops.com's hosts have no liability - you CHOSE to click that link despite knowing it may subject you to something offensive.
Does that make sense? Anyways, that's why they and most webhosting companies require it (porn hosting costs more), why they were willing to budge from their no-linking-to-porn rule (the warning removes their liability), and why we'll now have this rule.
