Yeah, you are, and yeah, I keep hearing this in counterpoint to people writing and not getting so much as a form letter in return. People keep saying what you're saying and and other people keep writing, like my father for instance, following your guidelines to a T, and still don't get shit. It really wasn't my point.

I've worked on Capitol Hill, and I've seen the gross generalizations that come with poltical discussion (It's not as bad here as it is at POENEWs and other sites.


My point being its better to work on capital hill, to actively do something for a candidate or better yet BE a candidate or work for someone in office or work towards attaining a position that weilds more influence than being just another coffee-house windbag.

I'd hate to throw stones, being a lurker and all, but the libs on POENEWS and Caltrops seem to love to engauge in Dean/Liberal Peptalk circlejerks every two weeks or so, like clockwork. It'd be funny if it weren't so predictable.


ONOS. POEnews has liberal circlejerks too. Guess what? Messageboards are circlejerks. All of them.
