INC (5:00:12 PM): the form says, "You will never get your original console back."
INC (5:00:15 PM): I like that wording
INC (5:00:28 PM): "Don't think about someday seeing that console again, because it's NEVER going to happen."
INC (5:00:55 PM): "We will do whatever it takes to make sure you don't ever, ever, ever get that console back."
