Every episode of House is of course they have a crazy medical mystery, give the wrong treatment and the patient gets worse (House always says it will help them REALLY diagnose the guy for real this time) and they go over various diseases and shit and rule them out because it can't be this disease because it doesn't explain the bloo bloo and fever and coma, and then the last 2 minutes they find out what it was all along (it's not lupus) which is usually some totally arbitrary disease which explains all the mysterious combinations of symptoms.
That stuff is really just filler for House being nuts and getting in trouble or causing trouble. If it's not a guy who donated millions to the hospital, it's the administrator, his other doctors, or a crazy cop who he insulted by being surly and arrogant (also House called him an idiot). |
