| As mentioned before, my current graphics card (7900GS) is dying and needs replacing, it's been getting the job done adequately, but it's starting to struggle with new releases so an upgrade is due.
I've been looking at XFX 8800 GTS, but apparently I need something which goes in a single slot so I dunno. Also I've been told I'll need a new power supply to make it all go vroom and I know absolutely nothing about these whatsoever, rather than almost nothing like everything else hardware related. Any recommendations for things to be looking at/for so I can get some rough ideas? Looking to be spending between £250 and £300 in total, which is something like $600, but there is some wiggle room, just don't go nuts. I've not posted any other information, cos I either don't know it or don't know what you need to know OK GO |
