This is . . . completely unrelated to what we're talking about. A shared computer, not wireless, with evidence on the machine.
The way this would have to work is: criminal guy gets past Fussbet's dad's wireless security and is able to access the internet. Instead of simply using the connection to do his illicit crap, he instead decides to hijack Fussbet's dad's computer. (Why he would do this is a mystery to me.) Then some of the pedo porn would be on the dad's machine too, and he'd look totally guilty!
Has this happened to anyone or has anyone tried to argue that it did? I'd be interested to see if anybody would find this constitutes "reasonable doubt", as opposed to "wild paranoid fantasy", substituting pedo porn with pirated mp3s. |
