The best is when this acquaintance of mine stated that they had "priced the IPO perfectly" because the stock price last Friday barely budged and stayed just above water (thanks to Morgan Stanley's efforts). He also told me he was thinking of investment in Spanish government bonds because of the yield, but had no idea how he'd actually go about purchasing these. "They'd never let Spain or Italy leave the euro! Canada would send buckets of money to help out!"
