It's good overall, but I almost stopped playing it by fabio 11/23/2012, 11:27pm PST What the SHIT is up with developers who make good Out of This World style games but then almost totally ruin the entire thing halfway with an insipid cave/sewer level. You're parkouring across this gorgeous detailed backdrop avoiding zombies at every turn when halfway you're in a huge long ass sewer level running through some vagrant's obstacle course. Yes, a literal obstacle course. Gone are the zombies, now you're jumping mega man spike pits and using a slingshot to hit painted targets. I swear to shit I'm not making it up it's THAT lame. It lasts about an hour and thankfully once it's over you're quickly back doing fun stuff like outrunning helicopter gunships. I almost gave up on the thing and had to tackle the sewer level in short 5 minute chunks over weeks it was so boring. Don't listen to negative reviews about the story. Yeah it's lame but just skip it and don't bother reading any of the diary entries. No Alan Wake to see here. Maybe you won't hammer the skip button fast enough and catch where they rip off the tank scene from Walkind Dead verbatim.
