| Made it up to the Royale hotel.
It's okay so far. Disappointing that it's mostly combat, and combat is mostly watered down Xcom. They should just rename combat "shotgun time". It's insane how much better guns are than everything else. I can cast a spell for 1 AP that buffs my punch damage to 11 for a couple turns, or a shotgun can just do 14 damage at range out of the box. God knows how good rifles are once you can actually afford them. The mystery investigating is decent but I'm really missing a mission generator for random runs. Why has every Shadowrun video game for the past 20 years refused to let you build your own party? |
