Man is charisma useless by fabio 02/17/2015, 9:27pm PST It seems like every single conversation that can be passed with charisma can also be passed just by having 4 strength, which also gives you combat bonuses. Making it even more useless is half the time it's not enough to have a certain charisma score, you have to have the specific etiquette perk too.
