Short term answer is ESU (with high chance of causing new bugs like any other update). The longer term however is bleak.
Everything I've seen just by browsing the headlines for Windows 11 is complete insanity. Massive performance issues, driver instability, blue screens, black screens, data loss. There's no way you could sanely use the latest patches on release since you'll eventually get burned by something.
Damning the end-user, or your enterprise customers, as the sole blood sacrifice to the dark abandoned demonlord of Software Quality Assurance is a war crime.
