Cyrris and I have a backhistory that goes all the way back to fucking second grade where we met. Neither one of us was making a whole hell of a lot of friends and we were both geeks - smart geeks, but still abyssmally socially inept.

Thus began a mostly lifelong friendship centered primarily around computer games and me playing his, mostly. I don't want to be too cruel or anything but he was sort of the beta, sidekick, Valentine to my Peter Wiggin, etc. etc. you get the idea. There were two other guys we were friends with, one of whom is probably around 700lbs., and lying flat on his back drunk in NYC right now(Referring to Chris here) the other (Peter) I honestly have not heard about in a very, very long time. You'll have to lemme know, Cyrris (no last names, of course).

He eventually grew some balls after we went to different schools at the end of 8th grade and we got into a slew of fights over it in high school, but these are always the tones we take with each other - imperious and outraged. That's never changed. Nowadays, of course, he's looking at a career while I'm staring down the barrel of oblivion. I'd say karma's been amply dealt with here.
