The goddamn radio was supposed to be INSIDE the car you were driving. It doesn't "switch off". Wasn't it great when you jacked a car in Little Havana and of course had to immediately switch the radio away from the Spanish station? Because that's what a Little Havanan would be listening to before he lost his car? Well, I thought it was cool at least.

The PC version of GTA3 could've supported custom MP3 soundtracks, and then it would be like you're bringing around a CD wallet everywhere you go, ala Ghost Dog.
