Usually on top of trucks or rail cars with perfect firing lines at your guys. They didn't shoot in the same turn they spawned, but if you didn't take care of them right there and then they could really tear up your crew.


I never had an issue with it, but I did say to myself that it was fucking bullshit when it happened.
