Tragically, the game is almost impossible to find - hence the 100$ Ebay prices mentioned somewhere else in the thread. I've only played a few missions of the demo, then bought the game and never played it because it pretty much requires a joystick to aim. I kept buying new games instead of the joystick, so I haven't got around to it yet. The demo rocked my cock, however.

It's weird - I'm also sitting on Sacrifice as well. The thing wouldn't work in my old P3 450, and I never got around to playing more than a couple of missions on my newer machines.

If you're going to mention CRPG's, don't forget to mention the only one compelling enough for me to finish. I saw someone mention SNES games. Well, if we're going to extend this field to console games, allow me to help you guys complete the list, skipping all console platforms before NES:

NES: Zelda, Metroid, Castlevania and Tecmo Super Bowl. Notable mentions for Final Fantasy, Nobunaga's Ambition, Super Dodge ball and River City Ransom. Litterally hundreds of games could qualify for this list, so I'll cut myself short before I remember 'em all.

SNES:Final Fantasy 3(6),Mario All-Stars, Metal Warriors(FUCKIN A), F-Zero, Space Megaforce and a bazillion good arcade conversions.
Genesis: Toejam&Earl, John MAdden Fottball...that's pretty much it, other than a bazillion and one mediocre arcade conversions and early EA PC conversions.

TG-16/PC-Engine/TurboDuo: Motherfucking Castlevania: The Rondo of Blood. Hands down the coolest of the old-school level-based-platformer CV games. That and a million decent shmups.

Neo-Geo: Metal Slug 1,2,3,4 and X, Samurai Showdown, Last Blade 2, Bust a Move.

Jaguar: (Yes, the fucking Jaguar, and god no, I didn't own it) Tempest 2000

3DO: Return Fire

PSX: Tekken 2(I've so far omitted arcade converts, but this one added a significant ammount, IMO), Gran Tourismo 1/2, PSX Doom, Metal Gear Solid, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night(rock n' fucking ROLL), and Twisted Metal 2

Saturn: Who played that peice of shit system anyway? Anyways, I hear Guardian Heroes was good, also Radiant Silvergun is supposed to be the best shmup EVAR, but it's rare as fuck, and people seem to like that Panzer Dragoon shit.

N64: Fuck all those kiddie-game naysayers, this console proveded me with the most enjoyable time out of all of the Next-Gen consoles, and that incudes PS2 and Xbox. It's all about that motherfucking perfect Goldeneye, it's less than perfect-but ambitious in its own right- follow-up: Perfect Dark, and Zelda.

Dreamcast: Soul Calibur(arcade, but so much better as to warrant mention). That's all I played on it, sorry.

PS2: This is the only one from this most recent generation that I bothered to buy, and it involved waiting in line forfucking 8 hours. Since then I've bought all of 4 games, and I'm convinced they are the best ones on the system, but hardly classics: Madden 2001, Metal Gear Solid 2, Twisted Metal: Black and Gran Tourismo 3: A-Spec.

XBOX: Halo and Splinter Cell.

PC: Doom 1/2, Scorched Earth/Worms, Fallout, Half-Life(and Counter-Strike), Alien VS Predator(deeply flawed game, but it was my first multiplayer experience) Command and Conquer(I liked everything in the series besides Tiberian Sun and Renegade), Starcraft, Diablo II(addictive, brain-numbing motherfucker) Ghost Recon(best outdoor shooter yet) and the current devourer of my soul: Battlefield:1942, which is so much more fun since the 1.3 patch.
