It wouldn't be so bad if you could completely turn off the deadzone, but you can't, even with the slider all the way down. Whose idea was it to include a precision flying mission in a game where there's a turning deadzone? Hitting a wall bounces you into another wall and while your shields are down you have an annoying flash and static effect on screen impairing your vision.
The flip came when I looked for a guide and found out that there weren't any checkpoints, so even if I reached the end I would have to redo the tunnels every time. Fuck that.
The other lesson would be not being so demanding in targeting specific turrets, but not having any sort of turret cycling command. Keep mashing the R key hoping it targets the turret you want and not the capital ship itself. |
